Sarvartha Siddhi Yoga is a weekday meeting any one of the nakshatras allowed for it — about thirty-four pairs in all, which is why it comes round a few times a month rather than twice a year.
Calculating…
A panchang day carries a weekday, which repeats every seven days, and the nakshatra the Moon is passing through, which changes roughly once a day. Sarvartha Siddhi Yoga is formed when the day's nakshatra is one of those allowed for that weekday. The rule is the same shape as Amrit Siddhi's and differs only in width: where that admits a single nakshatra per weekday, this admits three to seven. Nothing else is consulted — not the tithi, not the rising sign, not the planets — so the yoga can be stated as a table, and the only question on any given day is whether the Moon happens to be in one of that weekday's nakshatras.
Thirty-four combinations in all. Find the weekday, and the yoga holds whenever the Moon is in any one of the nakshatras beside it — for as long as that nakshatra lasts, from sunrise or from when it begins, whichever is later.
Amrit Siddhi allows a single nakshatra per weekday. This allows three to seven, so there are thirty-four pairs against seven — and the Moon crosses a nakshatra about once a day, so the chance of landing on an allowed one is several times higher every week. That frequency is the practical difference between the two calendars: this is the one you can usually find a date in, and the other is the one you wait for.
The yoga is not the day. It begins at sunrise or when the nakshatra begins, whichever falls later, and ends when the nakshatra ends or at the next sunrise, whichever comes first — which is often after midnight and so carries the next date. What is auspicious is the overlap between the day and the nakshatra, not either one on its own. A window opening before dawn is listed under the day whose weekday forms it, which can read as one date earlier than a calendar counting midnight to midnight. The table gives both ends for every day it lists.
The name means success in all objects, and it is used as the general-purpose auspicious period: new work, business, purchases, agreements, a journey. Where a stricter yoga would mean waiting months, this is the one that makes a reasonable date reachable — which is exactly why it is worth knowing that it is a general blessing rather than a judgement about you.
